Cauldryn Fyre has 5 modes: Hot - Two temperature ranges (125-135 F and 135-145 F) to cover most most coffee and tea drinkers Extra Hot - 160-170 F for people that like their coffee or tea extra hot. This is too hot for most, but perfect for the bravest souls among us. This is also a great temperature for slow cooking, re-hydrating freeze dried foods, and stepping green teas. Brew - 195-205 F just below boiling for that perfect brew of coffee and black teas. Also great for sterilizing water.
